ParentPay is now live at Brailes School for children in Reception to Year 6 (Nursery parents will get their logins in due course). Please activate your account as soon as possible.  Browse to and use the activation code in the letter sent home last Friday.

From the Summer term (Monday 16th April), you will need to chose your child’s school meal choice in advance via ParentPay, regardless of whether you are eligible for free school meals or not. For meal choices for the first week back after Easter, parents will need to have made their choices online by midnight on Thursday 12th April. Those parents who need to pay for school meals will then have two hours after selection to make sure there is sufficient funds in their account to cover the cost, otherwise the meal choices will be cancelled and parents will be expected to send their child with a packed lunch. The deadline for school meal choices for subsequent weeks will be midnight every Thursday.

When logged into ParentPay, free email alerts for your balance, new items, payments and messages can be configured in Profile > Alert Settings.  Text message alerts from ParentPay are chargeable.

In the future we aim to become a cashless school; you will soon be required to make all payments via Parentpay, including Nursery fees, Breakfast Club fees, trips and swimming.
