Following on from our ‘Needs Survey’ in the Spring term, the governing body has decided to formalise and offer wraparound care for children at Brailes C of E Primary after school, in addition to our thriving Breakfast Club. After School Club will start on Tuesday 4th June 2019 with Caroline Perkins and Nick and Izzy from Onside Coaching.

After School Club
Based in the Hall, Brailes After School Club will be open from 3.15pm until 6pm each school day for children in Reception to Year 6. We will be utilising the facilities in school such as toys, iPads, playground/field, adventure playground, arts and crafts. There will be a minimum of two members of staff every afternoon.

There are two pricing options: 3.15pm – 5pm = £7 or 3.15pm – 6pm = £12 per day.

For families with multiple siblings attending at the same time there is a reduction in price: 3.15pm-5pm = £6 per child or 3.15pm-6pm = £10 per child.

There will be a late collection charge of £5 per child for collection after 5.01pm until 6pm. For late collections after 6pm there will be a late collection charge of £15 per child.

A packed tea will be provided between 4.30pm and 5pm.

Extra-curricular school activities will be on for up to eight weeks each term as usual. Paid clubs will be separate to After School Club.

Priority is given to those requiring five afternoons per week. Please contact Mrs. Bennett in the school office to book your places, which must be half-termly in advance (01608 685253 or email admin3014@we-learn.com). Families who confirm with school that they will be using Childcare Vouchers will be invoiced half termly in advance for the sessions booked. All other payments for After School Club will be calculated by the office on ParentPay and must be paid by families on ParentPay in advance weekly, fortnightly or monthly. We need a minimum of 7 children per day to cover costs.

At the start of the school day children are taken to their classes. Breakfast consists of healthy cereals, toast, fresh fruit, milk and water.
