Wraparound after school care provision is available each school day 3.20pm - 6.00pm for children in Reception - Year 6.

Sessions and Prices for Reception – Year 6 for block bookings

A light tea snack is provided for children between 4,30pm and 5pm

Bookings

• All bookings for Wraparound Club need to be booked online in advance for a half a term block using the Onside Coaching online booking page accessible via the school website. 

• Bookings cannot be made via the school office.

• Ad hoc Bookings There are limited spaces available for Ad hoc bookings. Ad hoc booking prices, due to the additional administration of Ad hoc bookings, are charged at £6.50 until 4.30pm, and £12.00 until 5.30pm, and £14.00 until 6pm.

Activities

In the 3.20pm – 4.30pm session each day, there will be different activity options for families to choose from, which need to be confirmed at the time of booking. Daily activity choices will change each half-term and will be shared with parents in advance.

There will also always be a ‘Choices Club’ option each day between 3.20pm – 4.30pm, which can be chosen by families on some or all of the days between these times when bookings are made. Choices Club activities available each day include: colouring, drawing, reading, board games, construction, Sylvanian Families, completing homework, top trumps, outdoor play etc.

Payment

• Payments for Wraparound sessions must be made by families via the online booking system. 

• Ant families must email wraparound@onsidecoaching.co.uk  prior to booking to confirm they would like to use this method of payment. Families using Childcare Vouchers or Government Tax Free Childcare only will be invoiced for the sessions booked. All Childcare Voucher invoices must be paid by BACS to the school within 14 days of invoices being issued. Unpaid invoices after this time will result in the child being unable to attend sessions until all debts are paid.

Payment using Childcare and Government Tax Free Childcare is only available for Block Bookings and is not available for any Ad hoc bookings.

 We regret that we are unable to refund fees should your child not attend on the day booked.

Late Collection

When children are picked up later than the session time they are booked in for, the charge for the next session on that day will automatically be added. For late collections after 6.00pm there will be a late collection charge of £15 per child for each time this occurs.

Split Payment

We are pleased to be able to offer a split payment option on all after school wraparound sessions including clubs. This will allow parents to be able to spilt their payment for the half term equally over the number of weeks remaining. Parents will still have to make a block booking and commit to paying for the block booking but will not have to pay in full at the time of booking. Instead the booking cost will be split by the number of weeks left remaining and one payment will be made per week in advance of the following weeks bookings.

Please note that split payments are not available for childcare voucher payments.

Failure to make a week’s split payment will result in your block booking being cancelled.

Behaviour

Subject to Brailes CE Primary School complying with its duties under the Equality Act 2010, any child whose behaviour at Wraparound Club (Breakfast Club and after school) is deemed by staff to be unsafe to themselves or others will not be able to attend Wraparound Club (Breakfast Club and after school) sessions.
